Commissions do not follow an order of arrival. I will analyze each request to guarantee quality. The availability of spaces is not guaranteed.

I have the right to reject your order for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel any commission should Client be in any way rude/abusive/inappropriate towards me.

By purchasing this artist products or services. You agreed to the artist's terms.

Commissions can only be used by the respective commissioners or the ones who receive as gifts.

If the art is used to promote your service or make profits (shop/merch/cover art/resell/donation stream...) you have to tell me in advance.

If you share it on social networks, please give me the credits.

I retain full rights to the artwork. I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online as samples for future clients, record the process, include them in my portfolio, and archive.

A full refund is not allowed once the payment has been done. Unless I, the artist, want to cancel the commission, I will refund around 90% (due to the transaction fee).

If the service is requested through VGen or social networks, my payment method will be by Pay pal in both cases. In VGen all payments must be made in advance through the VGen system.

Up to 5 revisions for the sketch and 1 modification is given for the final piece.

Any significant change might occur additional fee, which depends on the change itself.

Keep in mind the desired dimensions of the drawing, such as the size in pixels (example: 1080x1080) or physical print (example A4).

Initial Sketch is delivered within 7 days.

The process will take 1~3 weeks depending on the project and availability.

The work can be delivered through VGen, other methods: Gmail or Drive (quality is not lost in this way).

None of my products will be allowed to be used in NFTS, crypto and ANY A.I or machine learning software. Items may only be used in the capacity they were commissioned for (unless discussed otherwise) or the rights to the product will be sent back to me.
